How much are the shipping costs?The shipping costs are £ 20.84 (exc. VAT) per order, irrespective of the number of items on the order. In some cases extra shipping costs will be charged in case of large shipments. We will notify you about extra shipping costs before shipping.
Will I receive an order confirmation?If you mention your email address during the ordering process or on you purchase order or in your email, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
On what way will the goods be delivered?The delivery of your order goes by GLS transport service. If you are not present, you will receive a card in your mailbox. The contact information of GSL is listed on the card. You could contact GSL to make an appointment for the delivery of your order on a day that suits you the best. With this it is not possible to request for a specific time. In case you would not contact GSL your order will be send back to Ergo2work. When we have to send the order once again we will have to charge extra shipping costs
Is it possible to place a trial order?Ergo2Work gives companies the possibility to try our products for a period of 30 days. When the product doesn’t really fit your needs you can send it back. You can order the product(s) online , by e-mail or fax and mention that it is about a trial period. You will receive the ordered products together with the invoice. When the product doesn’t really fit your needs, you can send it back on your own costs. When the product and original packaging are undamaged and in original shape we will send you a credit invoice whereupon our transport costs will be calculated. The transport costs are £ 20.84 per order. We don't accept products which are damaged or incomplete, or without the original packaging.Electric Desking and mats are not avalible for trial.
Have I got guarantee on the products and how does this guarantee works?Ergo2work gives a wide-ranging guarantee on the products it sells. The minimum duration is one year. The guarantee covers repair or replacement of defective products but does not cover misuse or damage by the user. If the product is shown to be defective within 30 days, Ergo2work will send a replacement .After 30 days, the product may be sent in for repair.
On what ways can I pay?You can pay by transfer: You can transfer the amount to the bank account of Ergo2Work. As soon as we received the amount we will send your order.
You can pay by creditcard: You can pay the amount by VISA or Mastercard. We receive the amount practically direct and we will send your order as soon as possible.
You can pay after delivery: This is only possible for companies. As soon as you ordered online we will send you the goods with the relative invoice. Payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods. The invoice should be paid by bank transfer. Please mention your invoice number by bank transfer. Unfortunately, we can not accept cheques from customers from the UK, Deutschland or Ireland.
